1) Journey to ask Lord Shiva to tell me what the lesson was in my current
life situation and clear it.
I went to mount Kailash. Lord Shiva was seated on his huge meditation
rock. I stated my journey intention to Lord Shiva, “Lord Shiva, what is the
lesson was in my current life situation?”
The answer was, “Regret.” This was mighty surprising to me. I never
thought that I harbored any regrets; but I accepted it and decided to journey
further on it.
Then, at the sound of the return beat of the drum, I came back to
normal reality, back to my room.

Journey to ask Lord Shiva to show me
the physical layout of my emotional regret.
I went to mount Kailash. Lord Shiva was seated on his huge meditation
rock. I stated my journey intention to Lord Shiva, “Lord Shiva, could you
please show me the physical layout of my current life situation; i.e. of my
regret.”
I sat in front of Lord Shiva on a smaller rock on the side. After a
short while, I was taken to a new scene. I was standing on the outskirts of a lightly populated
forest. There was a clearing. I glanced behind me to find a pool of black
liquid. I could not say if it was slimy sludge or just dirty black. Soon after
I looked at this pool, there were two large black bubbles that bubbled up to
reveal what looked like two eyes for a moment. I was a little shaken up by
surprise and was instantly taken to mount Kailash, to Lord Shiva.
Then, at the sound of the return beat of the drum, I came back to
normal reality, back to my room.

Journey to ask Lord Shiva to heal and
release my emotional regret.
I sent reiki to this issue of my emotional regret during the day at
work. For a few moments, I also included the vision of the dark pool in the
physical layout that I was shown. I did a shamanic journey on the same issue
within a few days after the previous journey.
I went to mount Kailash. Lord Shiva was seated on his huge meditation
rock. I stated my journey intention to Lord Shiva, “Lord Shiva, could you
please heal and release any my emotional regret from my physical body.”
I did not see any visions, but I did
feel some energy move. One of the areas it affected was the bone on the back
just under my neck. This bone had been holding some pain, especially since my
last car crash in November of 2018. I was rear-ended by a pick-up truck on my
way to work and my car was totaled. I was referred for Bowen work for
neurological issues; but this one would not leave.
Then, at the sound of the return beat
of the drum, I came back to normal reality, back to my room.
