After the West Medicine Wheel

It is September and we are about a month away from our North Medicine Wheel. It has been a month of things ... electronics and machinery breakdowns! … Car starter, cell phone, computer charger, clothes drier, wall clock (temporary), cell phone again (temp), vacuum.

First ... Personally, I'm having a lot of problems around women recently ... strangers just picking out at me, as well as at the work place and best of all, my mom! ... at this time I felt like this has been my life long story, on and off!  I've had life long problems with women; need big help with that. I don't know if it is ancestral / past life or some other pattern(s).
Regarding the issue around women ... during the past few days I managed to do a sand painting and fire and 1-2 journeys.  I first did a journey after I got too triggered by this woman at work.  In the first journey, I saw a dagger in my third chakra.  It went away after the journey; but I kept bringing it back.  Even after the fire ceremony, etc., I was still bringing it back.  So, yesterday, I did several clearings to release people stuck to me ... all were men except for my mom.  I've to see if I still continue to bring it back.

In the West class, I did:

a) Past life clearing journeys for three lifetimes:
·      A lifetime when I held great power and abused it
·      A lifetime when I held no power and was abused
·      A lifetime when I held great power and used it wisely

After the west class, I did a few past-life journeys and blew some of them into the stones... no gifts, I didn't get much info here; just had a few glimpses.

b) Ancestral clearing for three ancestors / close relatives who have passed on … my maternal and paternal grandfathers and my favorite maternal aunt; I’ve called her ‘Tatamashi’ since I was a kid. Using the 7, 7, 7 breathe, I go anti-clockwise and draw out the attachment from the primary chakra (and from the joints and organs where I hold them.

After the west class, I've continued to do a lot of ancestral work. I’d managed to get a name list of my paternal male ancestors, for the past seven generations, from my dad and I went through the list and completed the process.

Ancestral ... I think of an ancestor, blow him and his issues (traumas, heavy energies, bad experiences, blockages) into one of the west stones.  Then, using a pendulum, I find the chakra most strongly affected by this ancestor.  If the attachment is too strong, I use the khuya and a twig (that I put in an sand painting and then into an ancestral fire). Using the 7, 7, 7 breathe, I go anti-clockwise and draw out the attachment from the primary chakra (and from the joints and organs that I'm called to if I feel I have enough time / desire to do that).
This is a good process and is OK to do with myself; it is recommend that you do this in conjunction with a daily practice of breath-work.

I've also tried using the south method ... put the stone on the chakra and use a rattle to spin the chakra anti-clockwise.  Then, to finish it off, I journeyed to the individual ancestor and asked spirit to offer him a healing and asked the ancestor for a gift and brought it back with me in my womb; I didn't always remember to blow the gift into a khuya after I got back.
Again, there is an inherent issue with doing that type of work on yourself - you can't effectively be the client and the shaman at the same time. It would be better for you to get a session with a Shaman - let them show you where your issues really are and they will show you how to work with them and your kuyas.

Secondly, this is a two week period when ancestors are worshipped in my culture.  So, I want to do something (at-least one journey) around ancestral healing if my ancestors agreed.  I used the journey method taught to me by Katie W for this.

c) Shadow work … the shadow process as we did in the West:
I made a list of three people who irritate me most, list three qualities in each, etc. … These qualities are all my shadow pieces.
I made a list of one person who I admire most and list three qualities in that person. … These qualities are all my shadow pieces too.

Homework:
Try repeating the shadow process we did in the West:
Make a list of three people who irritate me the most, list three qualities in each, etc.

The only effective shadow work since the west was in a journey that I did… “Journey to heal and release a shadow piece that is ready to be healed.”  I didn't use my khuyas this time.

Shadow Work:  This journey was done soon after my Medicine wheel of the west direction.

I opened sacred space.  Then, I went to my sacred Garden, called in my helping spirits and asked them to hold sacred space.

Then I stated my healing intention to Angel Cupid; I asked him to "Heal any shadow piece that is ready to be healed.”  Then I got on my horseback with angel Cupid seated behind me and we rode north.  Very soon, we came across a temple-like building.  As I approached the structure, I found a part of me that was a toddler about a few months old to a maximum of eighteen months old.  She was turning blue and black.  I picked her up and flew on my horseback to Niagara-falls, to have her cleansed.  Soon after I put her in the river preceding the falls, she turned into a black fish.  At this point, my Mermaid helper appeared quite spontaneously.  She sat facing west on a rock by the waterfall and held the fish in her hand and cleansed it on a rock under the waterfall.  The black color changed to silvery white.

My inner child fragment was returned to me.  Then, Lidia, my mermaid helper, swam off into the river.  I went into the river trying to follow her, but she was too fast for me and she disappeared and I returned back to my place of being.

After the West …(cont’d) … Shadows and triangle of disempowerment in my mother / daughter relationship.

On receiving this email from Tomas Bostrom, my Medicine Wheel teacher, I thought back and remembered a time when I was walking with her.  I saw my teachers coming from the other side and I walked as far away from her as I could in an attempt to disown her.

I was ashamed of being seen with her in public, outside of Bengali circles, because she would wear the traditional Bengali symbols of marriage, white conch shell and red coral bangles and sindoor.

On remembering this, I journeyed (described below) to heal the shadow side.

I journeyed with the intention to heal the shadow side that affects my mother / daughter relationship.

I went to my sacred Garden, called in angel Cupid.  Then I stated my journey intention to Angel Cupid, “journey to heal the shadow side that affects my mother / daughter relationship.

I came to a forest.  My power animal, Jaguar, showed up.  As I watched, I noticed a thick black smoke rising from something like a vent in the floor of the forest.  It was on one corner.  I asked jaguar to help me with the healing and the black smoke began to subside.

Then, at the sound of the return beat of the drum, I came back to normal reality, back to my room.

Was this a shadow issue?  Or was it a triangle of disempowerment issue (described below)?

d) Triangle of Disempowerment:
Try to see where you are a victim, or a perpetrator, or rescuer, and really own those pieces.  My sense is you will benefit a lot from working with the Triangle of Disempowerment.
Try to see where you are a victim, or a perpetrator, or rescuer, and really own those pieces.

Triangle of disempowerment issue…
I wanted to keep my husband as far away from her as I possibly could.  I was being my man’s rescuer here and a bully (perpetrator) to my mother.  I was trying to save him from her because I truly believed that she would take him away from me; and that is what ultimately happened!  Now, I was the victim.

After The Munay-Ki Rite Giver

We all received all the rites at once during the weekend and gave them once to a partner.

Since then, it has been a month of things ... electronics and machinery breaking down! ...
Car starter, cell phone, computer charger, clothes drier, wall clock (temporary), swamp cooler, cell phone again (temp), vacuum, swamp cooler again; and finally the house! the roof started to leak tonight!!!

What is falling away as everything around me is physically falling apart? ... I wonder!

Old stuff that seemed to have settled came up in a big way for a few days and I did have small breakdowns around those; but I decided to give them to my Mesa and it was magical!

Then there has been this pattern around women, strangers picking fights with me.  Thankfully, the guys around come to my rescue!  I guess, my female side is trying to let go of some patterns and heal. It is a very old pattern as far as I see and I need to address it; I mean, blow it into my stones.

The West Medicine Wheel ...

Much of the South was about shedding friends and relations which were uncomfortable or lacked integrity or something; and a beginning of re-kindling those that matter.

After the South Class, the West of the Medicine Wheel came and went.   I decided to do this closer to home and it was so wonderful to be with the community.  Even the food was much better.  Our co-ordinator had hired a Ayurvedic cook and she was fabulous.  We had all finished or archetype fire ceremonies before taking the class; this was a requirement.

I had to take three stones to the West class, ones that spoke to me.  They had to be one yellow, one black and one red.  The yellow and black stones that I had picked to take with me were two small roundish ones that I had picked from the Niagara river.  The red one was a Shaman stone, ruby in kyanite.  I used the three stones for past life healing, ancestral healing and some Shadow work.

The West class was dear to my heart because it involved a lot of past life and ancestral work among other works.

After the class, we'd be required to do our homework and one fire ceremony for the 'Pampamesayok' rite that we had received.

1. Building an Ancestral Altar...

During my growing years, I didn't get to know my paternal side of the family.  My grandparents had been killed and my mom was not close to the rest of the family.  While doing ancestral healing journeys last year, I'd the opportunity to meet my Grandpa in spirit and a hole was filled.

My mom, as always, decided to ignore my requests; she is always overwhelmed with sickness or whatever.

I had my Dad send me names of my Paternal ancestors; he's still trying to get the names of the females from his side.  I don't know how, but surprisingly, he has the Chatterjee blood line and the guy changed his name several generations back.  I couldn't understand how that could have happened on the guy side; but I think that this is the reason why my dad looks so gorgeous and handsome!

Summer Winds Over the Desert Wash ... by Ranjana Paul

Summer winds
Winds wild and Strong
churn the soil under the desert wash.

Summer winds
Winds wild and Strong
Blows dust over the desert wash.

Willow bows and Cottonwood blows
Lavender Flowers and snow-white cotton
Settle on the dust floor.

Look, I Brought the Sun Home with Me! ... by Ranjana Paul

Morning sun, the golden plays
Crimson and Lavender over blue.
Golden rays over farms and trees
Wild red; are they cherries or berries?

Birds of the feather spread their wings
Mountain tops, silver and white;
Against the blue sky
Look grand and wise.

Tall trees hide the sun,
Cedar and pine whistle in the wind.
Come mid-day, the sun shines high;
Wild birds wind by the river side.

Silver rays through tree tops
Light the ground under the trees.
Silver rays of the Shining ball
Takes a few last peeks through the leaves.

As the sun goes down,
A crimson ball hides behind the peaks.
Hiding behind the Tetons and the Grand ones, it whispers,
Peek-a boo, let's all go to sleep!

Songs of Serenity ... by Ranjana Paul

Green apples, purple violets
Amazing blue skies over lush green valley
Tall trees that whistle in the wind.

A roaring stream winds downhill;
Cascading waters roll over rocks.
The songs of the wild over the roaring falls.

Pretty flowers on river stones
Baby birds, cute!
Come, fly with Me!!

Feeding a Shaman's Mesa

Respect Your LiverI

I began building my mesa as I danced the medicine wheel with 'The Four Winds Society'; I'm still building it. I cherish my mesa; it does feel personal. According to this path of the Inca Shaman, I'm my Mesa; my Mesa is me. A mesa holds a medicine woman's collection of sacred objects and stones (khuyas). This is the Medicine and is used for healing the self and clients. Each item has a different energy, purpose and ability. It is like a Native American's medicine bundle. It is my bundle that is used for healing, it is truly the Shaman's tool.

So how does one take care of one's Mesa?

I do breath work with / without it every day. My mesa sits open being fed by my breath, wishes and connection to spirit. Some times if I'm feeling agitated about something I blow that into my mesa stones and usually I do a chakra clearing following that and I feel cleared. When I feel lazy to do the chakra clearing (it usually takes an hour for me each time) I can blow the issue into my mesa or write it out and put it in my mesa and it will mikhuy (mulch) the issue for me; or, in other words, transform it for me. I'm supposed to take my mesa with me everywhere. I definitely have it with me during fire ceremonies.

A common question among energy workers who carry Mesas is if it is OK to use the Mesa stones for reiki. I was told by my teachers that it is an individual decision; one should ask the Mesa about it. Personally, I use mine for reiki healing too.

I feed my mesa ... I'd put a bunch of dry sage in there at the very beginning and also had added some lavender flowers at some point. The feed that looks wasted, I remove and feed to fire or to Mother earth. I've fed my Mesa with a box of chocolate and pack of sugar in the past. Currently I have a bunch of used cactus thorns in it to mulch a certain issue having to do with cactus thorns.

Today, we had a gathering for fire breathing at one of our Tucson Pacha and collectively, we each fed our mesas and did breath work.

I let the sage, lavender flowers, oak leaves, cedar wood shavings and a few other herbs remain in there for now. The feed that looked wasted ... fresh basil leaves and some white flowers, I removed to feed to fire or to Mother earth.

I fed my Mesa with coffee beans ... this was a first time food for my Mesa.  I also fed it with a Native American Nine Grain Mixture, Myrrh, Sunflower Seeds, Willow flowers and seeds, dried herb of rosemary and essential oils of sweet orange, lavender and lemon grass.

I cleansed it with smudging smoke of Palo Santo, Sage, Sweet grass and a clearing mist and played bells and tibetan sound bowls over it. When done, I closed my mesa, tied the Peruvian ribbon around it and wound my pi stone around it. Then I fed it over fire; the same fire that I'd used to feed the seeds of my Munay-ki rites.

Continuing the Work after the South Class ... Part III

"We don't see things the way they are;
We see things the way we are."
... Talmud
... (Continued from 'Continuing the Work after the South Class ... Part II')

Today, I had my first full, in-person healing session with a fully gifted Shaman.  In spite of all the self clearing, I was experiencing some flat pain on my left upper torso.

I started my focus from around the years 2004 -2005...

A cousin from my paternal had visited my Dad's and she is known to do sorcery.

Then, within a couple of months, I lost everything within a few months ... job, family, home, etc.
People have gotten in my way and taken what is mine.  Now, this woman in class openly declared she'd take what is mine.  My dad did that when I was a kid ... it's been an old pattern.

Issues List ... Stories that came up for me:

People just take what is mine

People take from me without my permission
People just grab and take from me and leave me to die.

People just take what is mine
People threaten me and make me feel unsafe
People try to put their words in my mouth
People try to bully me and pick fights with me for no reason
People steal from me without my permission

My healer used a pendulum while I talked to her about my issue.  Then, I was asked to pick a stone from her mesa.  At first, almost immediately, one stone spoke to me; then two others.  I picked the one that spoke to me first.  I blew my issues into that stone.  Then I sat and my healer removed a poison dart from the back left of my shoulder.  It had spread to my arms and upper left torso.  I still feel sore at the spot where it had entered.  This was sent by someone who'd felt jealous of me and had sorcery written on it.

Next, I lay down on her table and she tested my chakras to locate the affected chakras.  Chakras two, three, five six and seven were affected.  She started working on my second and then third chakras.

While she worked on my second chakra, I felt some pressure in my sixth and seventh chakras ... this was because of some upper world pieces like vows that had been put on me that I'd no say in.  There were other pieces that were in the lower world.

Then she worked on my third chakra and found some ancestral links that were not yet ready to be worked on.  Then she did some tracking and went on to find the core issue behind this pattern that I'd attracted / had affinity for.  The core issue was "worthiness."  At its worse, this shows up in my life as thoughts and feelings like "life has no value."

Then she did a few more extractions ... one was in my diaphragm and the other was in my lower left torso.  The second one moved around and opened up a part of a deeper layer; so I now felt pressure in my throat.  I still feel like someone / something is strangling me; but she decided to end it here and asked me to observe what came up during the next few weeks while I integrated the feeling of 'worthiness' into my being.

I loved the session and felt much gratitude for her help with the matter.

"Creation is incomplete without Me"
...
"I'm Worthy;
I'm invaluable"

Day 2:

I won't accept this cousin's son because I hate his dad... related to my cousin by marriage.

Childhood memories / issues around mom and abandonment / rejection, etc. ... sent reiki to her without asking and had a release ... Issue still unresolved.

Joyeeta's issue in my throat ... I've some affinity there.

Control / spying dad issue resolved.

I just finished sending 3 hrs reiki about 40 min ago... I used Aquamarine ... a very soul healing stone. Angels had recommended it for me about 2.5 yrs ago and at the gem show a vendor guy gave it to me for free. I've had it by my bed side ever since ... remembered and felt gratitude about receiving vs. people taking from me.

Continuing the Work after the South Class ... Part II

lavspringsmall

For the past few days, there has been an entity in my sixth chakra.   This is in addition to another one that I'd come across in my South class.  I'd been triggered by this one in class; but realized the nature and location only about ten days after the event.  The story is as follows...

One evening, as I was waiting to speak to my teacher, this woman just came up to me and triggered me big time ... she asked me if I was tired and I replied that I was fine.  In a mean tone she said she was going to just take my energy and walked away.  I'd never even noticed her before that.

Issues List ... Stories that came up for me:
People just take what is mine
People threaten me and make me feel unsafe
It is not safe to be around people
I don't like people
People dump their shit in my garden
People dump their shit in my river
People try to put their words in my mouth
People try to bully me and pick fights with me for no reason
People take from me without my permission
My life is in danger
I'm in danger from her; I should stay away from her and keep her away from me.
People just grab and take from me and leave me to die.
People are mean, etc., etc.

I left for dinner intending not to be anywhere near her for the rest of my stay.
About ten days   after I came home, the memory still triggered me big time one evening and work on it (People just take what is mine, they just grab it and take it without my permission ... only one issue) with my Mesa bundle.  This was a visitor / entity / attachment issue and this one was stuck to my third eye chakra in a big way!  Unlike the first one that moved around from chakra to chakra (I'd uncovered in class), this one was stuck in one place  and any amount of Illumination on self did not seem to help.

I finally attempted to work it out of my chakra system by applying what insight I had gained on attempts on clearing out my first visitor.  I used SSR chakra clearing with some Karuna symbols.  It took a few days; because it had moved from my sixth to my seventh chakra and in a few days, moved back to the sixth and had finally cleared out to my knowledge...

Then it was back again and this morning, my heart, sixth and seventh chakras were spinning anti-clockwise and I felt under the weather all day.
The last few days, I had one in my heart from attempting to work on another acquaintance who had heart related issue.  I finally worked on it this morning; a routine 'Illumination' on self did not help.  Then I used my extraction crystal ... during a crystal journey to this Mother crystal, this one had shown me its purpose.  I passed this crystal over my heart, sixth and seventh chakras and got the heart and seventh chakras to spin clock-wise once again.  The sixth chakra was still spinning anti-clockwise and any amount of clearing didn't help.

Tonight, I checked on it again and tried more chakra clearing with no results.  Upon moving my sensing hand over my sixth chakra, I sensed something really heavy and wondered if it was by Munay-Ki bands or an attachment.  Then I used reiki extraction technique, asked angel Michael to take care of it and ran my extraction crystal over the area in the aura plus, I used a space clearing solution.  It cleared for a moment, but came back again; at this time I concluded that the heaviness was a blockage or entity and not my bands, the aura had felt lighter momentarily.  As a last resort for the night, I used IET with angel Gabriel and it looks clear for now ... The morning after.

Meanwhile, I've asked my Munay-Ki gifter to take a look at it... and two days later, I had my first in-person session with a full Shaman ... (Continuing the Work after the South Class ... Part III)

Receiving the Munay-ki ... Nine Rites of Initiation

About

The Nine Rites of the Munay-KiThe nine Rites of the Munay-Ki are initiation rites, actual energetic transmissions that heal the wounds of the past – one's karmic & genetic inheritance. They transform and upgrade one's own luminous energy field by re-informing one's DNA, thereby enabling one to grow a new body – one that ages, heals, and dies differently. The Munay-Ki is an invitation to dream an entire new world into being.

Pink Rose Petals HeartThe Munay-Ki comes from a Quechua word that means 'I love You.' The Munay-Ki are the nine rites of initiation to become a person of wisdom and power; one who has accepted the stewardship for all creation. These rites are derived from the great initiations from the Hindus Valley and were brought to the Americas by the first medicine men and women who crossed the Baring Straits from Siberia during the glacial period some 30,000 years ago. These courageous travelers were the Earthkeepers of the old; the ancient Inca lineage of Earth keepers and Light body healers are now directly transmitted by the Q'ero (Laika) shamans from the high Andes in Peru. The Q'ero are known as "Children of the Sun" and have been the guardians of ancient knowledge of the inner worlds and the energetic realms for many hundreds and thousands of years.

Traditionally, many of these rites known as 'Karpays' were only gifted shaman to student during the rigorous years of initiation and training on the medicine path of a healer or wisdom keeper.  Some rites could only be received directly from nature and spirit.  Today, because of the rapid changes on the earth, and the urgent need for us collectively as humans to make a shift in our consciousness, the Q’ero elders, have come forward to offer the 'Munay-Ki Rites' to all those who feel called to them.

The rites are traditionally offered for free.  They are a gift from those who are outside of time ... our ancient lineage as well as our future selves.

People receiving the rites have a range of response, from subtle to profound.  Some experience immediate shifts in perception, awareness, insights, etc.  The rites are gifted as 'seeds' and must be cultivated by the recipent with fire, attention, and intention.

As one receives and cultivates the seeds of the nine rites, one's chakras will have the opportunity to become clear and glow with their original radiance; one will acquire what the Earth keepers know as the rainbow body.

The nine rites are as follows:

Rite One:
The Healer Rite (Hampi Mesa Rite) ...
hands holding puppy - one week old english bulldog puppy on white background - stock photoConnects one to a lineage of luminous beings; medicine men and women from the pastthrough time and space, who come to assist us in our personal transformation and healing.

It awakens the healing power in one’s hands so that everyone who is touched, is blessed. There is tremendous spiritual assistance available, and these luminous ones work in our sleep to heal the wounds of our past and those of our ancestors.

They make themselves available to us when we open sacred space to do personal healing or to offer healing for another.  When we receive this rite, we become aware of the shared healing journey we are on, and receive the help of the many luminous healers from many traditions, who have gone before us.

Rite Two:
Bands of Power Rite ...
Pink Rose Petals HeartFive luminous belts of different colors, each representing a different element ... earth, water, fire, air and Spirit, are woven into the luminous energy field (LEF) for protection.  They act as filters, breaking down any negative energy that comes toward the person, into one of the above five elements, thus serving as a powerful form of protection, while at the same time, supporting our energetic connection to the natural world.. These energies then feed one’s LEF instead of making one sick.  Installation of these luminous bands of protection in the energy field forms a rainbow fountain of light around our physical body and allows one to be more present and available for life; instead of wasting one’s energy in fear, doubt or worry.  Over time, our former fear based armoring and protections dissolve away as our rainbow body strengthens.

Rite Three:
The Harmony Rite (Ayni Karpay Rite) ...
Seven powerful, universal archetypal energies are transmitted as seeds in each of the  seven major chakras.

Chakras one through four receive the power animal archetypes:  serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and eagle; chakras five through seven   receive the energies from therealms of the archangels – Huascar, the Keeper of the Lower World and the unconscious is transmitted into the fifth chakra (the throat); Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent God of the Americas, and keeper of the middle world (our waking world) goes into the sixth (the third eye); and Pachakuti, the protector of the upper world (our super-conscious) and keeper of the time to come goes into the seventh chakra at the crown.

These rites assist one in creating balance in all areas of one’s life and support one's chakras to shine with their original light as one acquires a rainbow body.

Rite Four:
The Seer Rite (Kawak Rite) ...

beautiful eye photo: Beautiful Eye EYE.gifallows us to perceive the invisible world.  Extra-cerebral pathways of light are installed that connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart chakra. This awakens the inner seer and one’s ability to see ourselves and others with the eyes of compassion and to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit.

The  Healer's rite, Bands of Power, the Harmony Rite and the Seer / 'Kawak Rite' are the 'Foundation rites'.

Rite Five:
Day keeper's Rite (The Mosok Rite) ... links one to the time to come and to who we are becoming as homo luminous.  One connects to a lineage of master healers from the past.

Day keepers are able to call on the ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, call on the sun to rise each day, and bring humans into harmony with mother Earth.

The Daykeeper Rite is the rite of the Divine Feminine.  It helps one begin to heal one’s inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.  Whether we are women or men, this rite helps us heal and balance our feminine energies, and aligns us with the sacred feminine powers, rhythms and cycles of the earth in relation to the cosmos.

As one joins the lineage of Day keepers, one awakens to one's roles as ceremonialists, keepers of sacred altars, attendants to life’s milestones and passages.  They are the midwives, herbalists who help to maintain balance and beauty on the earth in a sacred way, guided and supported by the luminous ones who now reside in Spirit, yet make themselves available to us.

Rite Six:
The Wisdom keeper Rite (Altomesayok Rite) ...

connects one to the Divine Masculine and  helps one to begin to heal one’s inner masculine, to step outside of time and space and taste infinity.

One connects to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future.   Legends say that the ancient wisdom resides in the high mountains.  The Wisdom keeper learns to source directly from the mountains and becomes part of a lineage of Wisdom keepers who defeated death and stepped outside of time.  These rites will help one to protect the wisdom and the medicine teachings and share them with others when appropriate.

Rite Seven:
The Earth keeper Rite (‘Pampamesayok’ Rite) ...
makes one a steward for the Earth as well as for the ebb and flow of the seasons, life and death.

Plant in hand on white background Stock Photo - 9479243This rite connects one to a lineage of archangels, who are guardians of our galaxy.
The Earthkeepers, who are stewards of all life on Earth, come under the direct protection of these archangels and can summon their power when they need to in order to bring healing and balance to any situation.

It helps one learn the ways of the seer and dream the world into being ... with intention, energy and prayers, an earth keeper helps create a healthy and beautiful planet that supports all life; seeking to serve the good of all.

Rite Eight:
The Star keeper Rite (Kurak Akuyak Rite) ... anchors one safely to the time after the great change that is said to occur in or around the year 2012.

Click on image to close this popup windowUpon receiving this rite, one acquires stewardship of the time to come and of all future generations.  As a Star keeper, one steps into the role of stewards of the universe and of all time.  One can journey forward in time and bring back what is needed to help a situation occurring now.

Upon receiving this rite, one’s physical body begins to evolve into that of Homo luminous ... the aging process is slowed down, one’s DNA is re-informed, and one become more resistant to disease.

Rite Nine:
The Creator Rite (Titanchis Ranti Rite) ... Pink Rose Petals Heartawakens the Creator-light within and brings forth a sense of stewardship for all creation, from the smallest grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies in the universe.  One would be able to step into the place of Creator and envision the world into being.

Dancing across the Universe

Once attained only through direct transmission from Spirit, it is now possible to transmit from one person to another.

To hold the energy of this rite, we need to have prepared and grown all the seeds of the previous rites in our luminous body, as well as our physical and mental bodies.  As we journey through the rites, healing the issues of duality and fear, we become free from the energies that confined our ability to hold the Light.  As we become clear, more of our soul energy can actually be sourced through our being….and we shine from within like the sun.
These are the Nine Great Rites of the Munay-Ki, gifted to us by the great  Q’ero medicine men and women of the high Andes in Peru.  We receive them as the seeds for cultivating our rainbow garden of beauty and transformation, to support our journey ... so we, in turn, can support the beauty and becoming of our community, our planet and  our cosmos.

I got really excited when I found someone close to home who could gift me the ‘Munay-Ki’ rites.  The rites were gifted in a course of three months as a series of bi-weekly transmissions.

Week 1: Healer’s rite and ‘Kawak' or Seer’s rite ...
On the first night, it was a big group.  I’d misplaced my email and so I’d not put aside any gifts; but I was carrying the perfect gifts in my purse.  Just a few days before this, I’d made a few Snowman and an infinity designs with small mirrors and mirrors are a perfect fetish for a Shaman.  So, I dug up three of these to gift to the person(s) who’d be giving me those rites.  There were four people giving the rites and a room full of people, receiving.  On this first day, we’d each be receiving two rites; first the ‘Healer’s’ rites and then the ‘Kayak or Seer’s’ rites.

When the time came, I walked over to the person I wanted to receive the rite from.  I handed her the ‘Snowman’ and received the ‘Healer’s’ rites from her.  Then I came back to my seat and fed the seeds of the rite with fire.  We were told that the rites are blown in as seeds and it is our task to germinate them by feeding the seeds with our breath and fire.  She had instructed us on how to feed the seeds with fire before any of us got our first rites.

In my case, Katie, my first teacher who had introduced me to Shamanic Journeying, had placed filters in my third eye when she did a healing journey to cleanse and open my third eye; it was so that I wouldn’t be overwhelmed when my third eye opened.

When the time came, I walked over to the person I wanted to receive the rites from; I received mine from the same person.  I handed her a mirror ‘Infinity’ this time and received the ‘Kayak or Seer’s’ rite from her.  Then I came back to my seat and fed the seeds of the rite with light tapping and also the fire.  We were told that this rite is an installation and it is our task to germinate them by feeding the path with light tapping and fire.  She had instructed us on how to feed the seeds with tapping, before any of us got our rites.

Next we received instructions on how to open and close directions, the Q’ero style.  There was going to be a two-week wait till the next rite.  During this time, we were supposed to feed the rites that we received with fire and also notice anything that might come up as thoughts, emotions and life experiences.

Week 2:  Bands of Protection and Harmony rites ...
Two weeks later, we gathered together one more time to receive the remaining two of the ‘Foundation’ rites, namely, the Bands of Protection and the Harmony rites.
First, we were given the Bands of Protection because these bands have to be in place before receiving the Harmony rites. This time, I got each of the rites two times from two different people.  I had gifts for each of the person that I received my rites from; this is a Q’ero tradition and everyone had brought gifts.

When all of us had finished receiving the rites, we received instructions on how to feed our bands of power with our breath and all our seeds of the rites.  A specific type of breath is used to feed these seeds; it is called the ‘breath of Fire or the Fire breath’.  This path is called the path of Fire because the seeds of all the rites are fed with Fire to germinate them.  In a later class, which I took with the ‘Four Winds Society’ I learned that if one didn’t feed these seeds, especially during the first three to four months, one would lose them.

We did the fire breath three rounds; approximately six hundred breaths in all!  Each round is each alternating for Mother Earth Energy and Father Sun Energy approximately a hundred fast paced breaths and each breath is a fast exhale from the lower belly.  I got tired after the very first round, but I managed to keep up with the rest of the group.

There was going to be a two-week wait till the next rite.  During this time, we were supposed to feed the rites that we received with our breath and with fire and also notice anything that might come up as thoughts, emotions and life experiences.   After this, I drove home.

During this two-week period, I managed to do the fire ceremony on at-least on ten of fourteen days, but forgot about the fire breaths completely.

Week 3:  Day keeper's Rite (Mosok Rite) ...
Two weeks later, we gathered together one more time to receive one more of the nine rites, namely, the Day Keeper rites.

Before receiving the rite, we did a mini journey where we journeyed to a time in the past where we had been a Day keeper.  I journeyed with Cupid on my horse back.  Once there, I watched myself go about my day; when the call back beat of the drum started, I returned to the room.

This time, once again, I got the rite two times from two different people.  I had gifts for each of the person that I received my rites from; this is a Q’ero tradition and everyone had brought gifts.

Week 4: Wisdom keeper Rite (Altomesayok Rite) ...
Two weeks later, we gathered together one more time to receive one more of the nine rites, namely, the Wisdom Keeper rite.

Before receiving the rite, we did a mini journey where we journeyed to a high mountain and met up with the earth keepers.  I journeyed with Cupid to a snow covered mountain in South America.  When I reached there, I found myself in a forest clearing.  The mountain had parted and a few Centaurs (half horse, half human beings) met with me and took me into the mountain.  When the call back beat of the drum started, I rode back with Cupid on my white horse and returned to the room.

This time, once again, I got the rite two times from two different people.  I had gifts for each of the persons that I received my rites from; this is a Q’ero tradition and everyone had brought gifts.

After everyone in the gathering had finished with receiving the rites, we did the fire breath together, three rounds; approximately six hundred breaths in all!  Each round is each alternating for Mother Earth Energy and Father Sun Energy approximately a hundred fast paced breaths and each breath is a fast exhale from the lower belly.  I got tired after the very first round, but I managed to keep up with the rest of the group.

There was going to be another two-week wait till the next rite.  As always, during this time, we were supposed to feed the rites that we received with our breath and with fire and also notice anything that might come up as thoughts, emotions and life experiences.

After this, I drove home; I had plans to drive to Joshua Tree in California in a few hours for my ‘South’ class with the ‘Four Winds Society’.   I got about two to three hours of sleep before I drove again to the Joshua Tree retreat center for the upcoming South class.

Week 5:  Earth keeper Rite (‘Pampamesayok’ Rite) ...

Two weeks after that, we gathered together one more time to receive one more of the nine rites, namely, the Earth Keeper rite.

Before receiving the rite, we did a mini journey where we journeyed to a place in nature and met up with the earth keepers.  I journeyed with Cupid to a green, rolling meadow by the side of a lake.  When I reached there, I met the earth keepers, my four archangels.  I was turned into a baby and each of the four earth keeper blessed me and passed me around among themselves.  Then they returned my baby self back to me; we merged and I rode back with Cupid on my white horse and returned to the room.

This time, once again, I got the rite two times from two different people.  I had gifts for each of the persons that I received my rites from; this is a Q’ero tradition and everyone had brought gifts.  After each transmission of the rite, I fed the seeds of the rites with fire.

After everyone in the gathering had finished with receiving the rites, I drove home.

There was going to be another two-week wait till the next rite.  As always, during this time, we were supposed to feed the rites that we received with our breath and with fire and also notice anything that might come up as thoughts, emotions and life experiences.

Week 7:  The Creator Rite (Titanchis Ranti Rite) ...
Two weeks later, we gathered together one more time to receive the last of the nine rites, namely, the Creator rite.

Before receiving the rite, we did a mini journey where we journeyed to ......; into the future, a time outside of linear time and space.  I journeyed with Cupid to ... and returned to the room.

This time, once again, I got the rite two times from two different people.  I had gifts for each of the persons that I received my rites from; this is a Q’ero tradition and everyone had brought gifts.  After each transmission of the rite, I fed the seeds of the rites with fire.

Dancing across the UniverseAfter everyone in the gathering had finished with receiving the rites, we had a small feast to celebrate our becoming.  We danced and ate; then, I drove back home.

About

Transmission of The Munay-Ki Rites ...

Pink Rose Petals Heart

There was going to be another few weeks wait till the next time when we'd learn to transmit these rites to others.  I'd have to wait till I got back from my trip to the east.  During this time, we were supposed to feed the rites that we received with our breath and with fire and also notice anything that might come up as thoughts, emotions and life experiences.

It is my great honor to share the Munay-Ki rites with you, mentor you in working with the rites and teach you how to become a Steward of the rites by gifting them to others.
